Random device taking over my Spotify

Today my Spotify has been hijacked.  A random device (that is most definently not one of mine) started playing music on my account.  When I hit "Play on this Device" to switch it back to my phone (or my computer, I've tried both) this mystery person keeps switching it back.  

It's happened all morning, and happened once about a month ago.  It's without question not anybody on my account that I know.  They are playing music that I wouldn't play or recognize.  They have devices that I don't recognize.

Things I've tried:

-Changing my password

-Chaning my email address

-Uninstalling/reinstalling (Android and PC)

-Verifying devices on my Spotify account page

I swear to god if this is tagged as "solved" by you guys telling me to reset my password I'm gonna loose it.

Please fix this, now.
