can't access playlists

can't access playlists

I'm trying to access my playlists via iPad and it looks like they've been wiped out. i don't understand what's going on. Anyone have any ideas?

Some added info: On my PC the playlists are there & intact.  But I can't figure out how to share the playlists on the PC w. the iPad.  I've read instructions saying you need to sync the PC w. the ipad, but not sure specifically how to do this.

I am trying to get music to Ipad as well and cannot figure it out- Iphone- no problem!
