can't join a duo account premium

When my friend send me the invitation to join the duo account, after writting the same adresse, an error message pop up :
"Sorry service not available, try later"
We tried with other linked invitation, but the result is always the same.

Can you try accepting the invite link using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work - make sure that you are both residing at the same physical location, as Premium Duo only works for two members living at the same address. If you've checked for this, can you send me a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing?

I tried with different browser or a private window, but still, I have this error message in french :

" Un problème est survenu, merci de réessayer plus tard"

" A problem has occured, thank you to try later"
