can't log in

cant open my account in spotify. i already forgot my account name and password. it keeps on charging me on my credit card. how can i stop that? please help. thanks

If you still remember the email address registered on your account, might as well request a password reset link from here.

You can use the email address and your new password in logging in to https://www.spotify.com/account/

From there, you should be able to cancel your subscription.

If this won't work, your best bet is to get in touch with Spotify Cares. 

You can do this via Facebook, Twitter or their Contact Form.

hello.. i did it already and they gave me access to my account but it seems
that it is not enrolled in premium because it is asking for a free trial.
how can i retrieve my account that is being charged?thank you

That only means that you have another account that's currently on Premium. 

It would be better to get in touch with Spotify directly. You can do this via Facebook, Twitter or their Contact Form.

Make sure to get ready with your payment details.
