can't login via google

can't login via google

i cannot login anymore with my account. the login is to be validated via Google but this error is shown:
Ops, qualcosa è andato storto. Riprova più tardi o consulta larea di assistenza

it worked (was connected to a Premium plan) until few days ago. the account also disappeared from plan members.
could you please provide support?

If you're interested in possibly regaining access to your account, I recommend reaching out to Support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Does this issue also occur on other devices or in other browsers? If you haven't tried it yet, please do. You can also try it in an incognito window.

 

You can also try to request a password here. If you receive an email from Spotify, you can click the link contained in the email to set a password for your Spotify account that you can use for logging in directly.

Hi there, i tried with an incognito window and the result is the same. now i'm trying with the password request link.

The account i wanted to use is one authenticated via google: it has all the playlists and i don't want to lose them.

i'll let you know.  thx.  ciao p

I also tried to request a new password: i added the google email address; it states email with instructions have been sent but no email is received (even in the spam box).

any additional idea?

I created a new google account and (fortunately) my playlists were shared so i was able to get them.

i realized that spotify in unsupported...  very nice to know.

i just found difficult to find a channel to ask the question to spotify. i followed the link and found a way.
