I've tried cancelling before my free 30 days but it is impossible when you can t get a number to talk to someone. BBB may need to hear about this.

You can cancel at any time from your Subsription page here

I doubt it, I've had a case open for over 4 days now and I have yet to hear back from anybody.  I can only imagine how horrible it would be to try to get somebody to cancel your subscription.  My advice is to open a credit card dispute.

If you get an automated email pointing you back to the community when you open a case, reply directly to it and that will ensure someone gets back to you.
