cancelled account? Help, please.

My iPhone prompted me to log in to spotify this morning.  I registered through Facebook, so I clicked the "Login using Facebook" option.  It didn't work.  When I got home, I had the same experience - it wouldn't work.

 

So, I changed my Facebook password, rebooted & tried again.  Still no dice.

 

I tried to get a password reset, but I get a message saying my email address can't be found.  I'm 100% positive the email address I'm using is the one that Spotify has on file - I get emails from Spotify all the time.  So, I went to make sure I got emails from Spotify & noticed one from this morning saying that I cancelled my subscription.  What?!  That wasn't me!

 

I went to the FAQ & found that I'm supposed to contact the Payment Team for help.  When I try to fill out their form, I get a lovely message saying, "Your Session Has ended".  The form will not submit.  I've tried icognito mode and I've rebooted.

 

What should I do?
