cant activate spotify premium

Hi! Ive activated free spotify premium via globe several times already and what appears is an error subscription saying Ive so subscribe first to gosurf etc. But I already have gosurf799 in my plan. Other times it appears as invalid number upon activation. I already called globe several times saying Ive to reinstall my app but no use.
