cant create account !

Hello

I had an spotify account for long times that i have created over facebook login. So i now i deleted this account because my id was a number and no Name. 

This Account is now deleted but i cant create a new spotify Account under the old email Adress. 

This message appears: "this email adress already exists!" please delete the facebook login .....

under my facebook Apps settings i had deleted the spotify linking. 

what can i do now to use the old email address for a new Account ?

Hi @spengeler welcome to the Spotify Community! 

Unfortunately once a facebook account is linked to a Spotify account they are permanently linked together, which is the likely cause of the problem you'll be having here. If you've already tried to unlink it through Facebook and you can't regain access to the old account I would suggest reaching out to Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form, it won't need any user ID.
