change country - my country is greyed out - all my plans are in my previous country - can't change

Plan. = Premium Family

Country = Malaysia

 

Device = ALL 

 

My Question or Issue

 

I'm on premium family, but I've moved from Malaysia to the USA.  I've followed every help file in this place and none work - my country is always greyed out, when i click on update plan it shows me the plan I'm on but only gives me options to change to Premium Individual, Free, etc.  When I see the link that says "Change Country" which links me back to a help page that says if I'm premium "click here to change plans" which begins the loop again.  

 

How do i change Country when I'm on Family Premium?  Thank you.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You should be able to update your account's country setting by updating your payment method to one that's been issued in the new country. This can be done at https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/update/ 🙂

 

The changes will then take effect from your next billing date.
