change country

Hello,

I am currently living in Spain (opened my account in the UK) and have attempted to change my country in my account. The dropdown list there is grey and unclickable, even though I am physically in Spain. I also cannot do the second option, even if my credit card is spanish it will not go through because my contry in sittings still is UK.

Keep in mind that your card needs to meet the requirements at https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/. If everything is under control, you'll need to change your payment details from an incognito window using a desktop.
