My Question or Issue

i subscribed to premium when i was in egypt using payment by mobile carrier and i came to saudi and bought a reedem card and it does not work because the region is egypt and i cant change it saudi arabia

Thanks for reaching out.

You can update your account's country setting by updating your payment method to one that's been issued in Saudi Arabia. Once that's been done, you'll have to wait until your next billing date for it to update.
