charged for unsubscribed account on spotify

My user name is critterbug88 I canceled this one a while back and made a new one cause I couldn't remember the old one and now I got charged on 2/7/17 for spotify when it wasn't suppose to charge until 2/24/17 I did a lot of name and pass work combos I may have used and finally got the account I deleted pulled up to find it wasn't deleted! Please help I need to get ahold of them and dont know how i cant find a number or email anywhere. I haven't used this account at all to listen to music in a while

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
