charged twice

hey guys, joined premium for students. admitted my internet did disconnect while subscribing and had to click next twice.

today got a card charge twice. can i get this addressed please?

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount and you will only have to pay once.

the student verification didn't fail

i clicked subscribed. refreshed, didn't work (internet down) - then hit back, then entered details again and clicked subscribe again. Will this be a problem????

i understand they are temporary charges. They are indeed still pending. I'll watch my account over next few days. if they finalize ill bring up this topic again.

Yes, a charge will go through once for each time you sign up for the student discount. So what happened is that when you did it the second time, another pending charge was made. Once you are verified for the student discount, only one charge will end up going through.
