Password wont reset and cant log in!

Hey guys! I forgot my password so I tried to reset it a million times, in different browsers, only using my user name and it just says "can not reset password" every time. Then because I can't login, I can't contact anyone at Spotify. This is insane!

Help would be so appreciated!

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message? Also, you can try to reset it from an incognito window and different browser. Clear the cache/cookies should also work.
