Cancele mi suscripcion premium el dia 13 de Febrero, y tengo un cobro en mi tarjeta de credito realizara por spotify el 17 de Febrero como Spotify P018047AE5 Stockholm por un monto de $4654 CLP , se verifico que la cuenta esta Free. 

Cobro indebido, porfavor resolver este problema pronto.

Si estás viendo cargos inesperados de Spotify en tu estado de cuenta bancario, tu tarjeta de crédito o tu cuenta de PayPal, primero verifica si están marcados como “pendientes”.

If you're being charged more than once a month for Spotify, you might have another Premium account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps. If you have another Premium account, you can cancel the subscription on it by following the steps here.

If you're getting charged for Spotify but don't use it, we'd first recommend making sure you haven't signed up for it by mistake. You can try logging in with any details you tend to use online (email, phone number, Apple, or Google) to see if you can find said account. If you find it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps here.

In case you can't locate the account that's being charged, you can reach out to us privately via the channels here so that the payment can be checked and our teams can provide further help if possible.

Buenos días, al igual que a muchas otras personas me están cobrando sin tener premium, tengo cuenta Free, necesito se detengan, hoy debía usar el dinero para un asunto urgente y no pude por que me realizaron este cobreo (P******2), urgente solucionarlo y devolver el dinero, me di cuenta que me descuentan hace meses.
