deleted family member

deleted family member

 

My family account member's is deleted automatically and i dont know about it, it is error or what ?

Hello @ariefman!

 

It sounds like your account couldn't be verified properly. Can you check your email and try to find a verification email from Spotify? Make sure to check your junk/trash folders as well.

Hello!

Maybe Spotify verified the relatives if they are in the same address, check all the information of the accounts.
