double account and wrong contact email address

double account and wrong contact email address

Hi, I have recently sent up a premium spitify account but have been charged twice in one month. I don't know how I have managed but I seem to have 2 accounts.
I have emailed the contact team but have had no response, they may have the wrong contact email address. How do I rectify this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Try using the alternative contact form here as you should of at least got an automated email reply when you submitted your contact form. That one will allow you to specify the return email address.
