i keep getting this error code if i want to log in with facebook on my phone and desktop

i saw the other forum post about it tried everything nothing seems to work but im sure my log in details of facebook are correct cuz i can log in on the website (if i dont get a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error)

do you have a spotify username, or do you just use facebook to login?

i just use facebook to login...i have really no idea what to do and i have this problem for a while now thinking it would go away as i dont use it as much anymore but i want to again

Maybe you should consider creating a Spotify username for yourself, so you don't have to rely on facebook to get in.

To do that you need to create a new account with an email, and then contact support so they can transfer your info, playlists, library, etc. from your old account to your new one.
