facebook deleted . logged out from al devices . stil charging me for premium acc

hello , 

so i deleted my facebook completely , now i cant log in to the account anymore and the email adres i used on facebook i also use on spotify but when i log in it does not say that im conected to facebook or that i have a premium account . i cant log in to facebook and i realy dont know how i deactivate the premium account . the only thing i have is my bank account number where the payment is being charged.

please help
