facebook gelöscht - was nun?

hallo,

mein facebook account wurde gelöscht - nun kann ich mich nicht mehr bei spotify einloggen. ich hatte einen premium account und kann diesen nicht mehr nutzen!

was kann ich tun?

Hey! Welcome to the community! Sorry for the English reply.  

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get that subscription cancelled and you set up on a new non-Facebook account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same proble, but as the contact fromula is also related to m deleted fb account, I can´t use that one either. Is there an email adress one can use to contact spotify Austria, kind regdards Martina

You may also send them a direct email at support@spotify.com.

You can also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
