failure to update payment details

previously i was using my visa debit card to pay for spotify premium and it has been fine until this month where i went to change my card and now i have failed to update my payment details. it keep saying that my transaction has been declined even when i have opened e-commerce and i am sure that there is nothing wrong with my card and online transactions

First of all, sorry for the late reply 🙂 Do you still have this issue? If you do, can you try updating your payment details after clearing up the cache/ cookies memory in your browser or after opening an incognito window? Alternatively, try another browser entirely.
