Charged without subscription

Hi, I signed for the free trial some months ago but when I entered my card details (a postepay) it said my card was not suitable to the subscription, so I was not able to get Premium Spotify. However, I've been charged the 0.99 cent for the trial and now 9.99 for the monthly subscription. If I go on my account, it says there are no subscription to Spotify so I don't know how to cancel it as actually I never got one. What can I do? Can I have my money back as I'm not able to use the subscription (and I don't want it)? Thanks
