Hello community.
I wanna add an @ hotmail.de account to my family.
Spotify shows that she is invided, but no email arrived.
She use Facebook to log in. With the same email address.

Hey @raznz_snasna,

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.

Thank you for your help.
I invited 3 other members. Without problems.
Now i try to delete and invite the hotmail with my laptop .
Yesterday i did with smartphone.
But the same story. No email arrived.
Have you got another idea?
If it do not work i will create a new account with another email.

Have you tried it in an incognito window?

Same problem here, sent 2 invitations to 2 hotmail.fr and hotmail.com adresses they didn't get it even in their spam..This is annoying is it anyway to retrieve a link to send to them ?

Unfortunately not, you can only send the invites via Email.


Have you tried it on a different device and/or in an incognito window?

Different devices and incognito tryed.
But no email arrived.
We will now create a new email account.

Hey, I have also try to invite my daughter with a hotmail.com account. She need to be invited through this address to keep her playlist of her free Spotify account. The first time, invitation email arrived at the Hotmail account and a notification was shown but it immediately disappeared, and the email cannot be found. Afterwards several emails didn’t arrive even opening the account in several devices, browsers or in the outlook application. I sent some test emails that arrived correctly. I contacted the Hotmail support and they didn’t know what it is happening and cannot offer a solution, but they didn’t deny it is happening.

Can I send the invitation with the reference of the Hotmail Spotify account to another email account to invite her?
