so i am the primary account holder and have added a family member to the account that has been telling me that they are getting advertisements on their phone. How can i stop this from happening. I pay for premium without commercials and ads. Please advise.

Hey @obscured74,

 

There are a few reasons why this is happening:

  1. They may have a second and have accepted the Premium for Family invite on that account instead of their main account.
  2. They haven't accepted the invite yet.
