i signed up for the family plan and sent an email for the invite. The email was not received. How can I resend the invite email when you first create the family plan. Why is there no option for this?

I would recommend you contact support and type them the desired e-mail you want to sent this to.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
