I can't log in to my Spotify account or change password OR ask for help

I am talking about my other, real account. I had to make this account just now because I can't even go here and ask for help using my other real account.. I had written all this text explaining my problem, and when I clicked post I get a message that I need to log in and everything got deleted. Well whatever. My problems are that I can not log in to my spotify account using my facebook because it says that I already have a spotify account with that email address, and that I need to log in using my account details. But the problem is that I don't remember my account details. So in order to get my account details I press the "forgot password" button, but there it asks me to log on facebook and change password there. So I went to facebook and the spotify pages and see if it is possible to change the password there, but I can't find anything about it. I try to go here and ask for help but I can't, so I needed to create this new account.

 

Is there anything I can do about this, or is my account doomed? If there is anything I can do, what is it? I am not sure I want to post my email address to my real account here, i'd rather do it privately to a moderator if it is nessecary. But I guess creating a new account for spotify is not the end of the world, but it would be nice to link my spotify account to my facebook, which I will not be able to do if I have to create a new account separate from the email address I have for my facebook.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your answer. They claim to  be fixing my issue now 🙂 I do not see where I can click the "Accept as solution" button so I can't do that, srory!
