fb account has been reset to a fanpage but my spotify(premium) account

Hello,

My facebookpage has been reset to a fanpage and my spotify account(premium) was linked to this FB account. I can't acces my spotify account anymore because this FB page has been deleted and my fanpage has been linked to my personal FB account.

How can I relink this account?
