forgotten the password and email for premium account

Hi I have forgotten the email and password I used for my second spotify account - a premium one. I am paying monthly for an account I can't access!! How can this be resolved? Why isn't there a customer contact number!!?

When I first signed up I used a work email. I am no longer able to receive emails from that email and cant reset my password. I was a premium user and now I would like to change my email so I can use it or I will have to cancel my subscription. What do I do?
