gifcartcode invalid

I purchased a giftcart yesterday and the code is not working. I an a 100%sure that I filled it out correctly and still it says that it is invalid. The second time I tried to fill out the same code I got a 504 gateway time out. Also when I fill out the contact form I don't get a useful response!

It would be very useful if you guys had a helpdesk or something because this is ridiculous!

Does this mean I just lost my 30 euros or can anybody help me?

When you filled in the contact form, did you get an automated reply directing you to the community? 

If so, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and a member of the Spotify team will get back to you as soon as possible.
