how do I change my country, the website with authorization doesn't let me

I've moved to another country and trying to change my country but your website doest le me do that

If you want to change your country or region, you’ll need to be physically in that new country at the moment. If you’re having trouble changing it, try it on another device and make sure Location permissions are turned on for the browser on that device.
