how do i merge accounts?

Hello, i have a spotify account with premium that is connected to my facebook already and i am trying to create a new account and link it to my facebook. i changed my facebook email a while back and spotify is using the old email that i longer have access to. i dont have access because i forgot that emails password and couldnt recover it. i also dont wanna lose all my playlist from my currect account. my main thing is changing my spotify account's email and i cant change it in the settings becasuse i made the account using facebook.
