how do i move my music and followers to my new account?

on the help page for disconnecting your facebook from your spotify accout, it says to make a new account and contact them if you want to move your music and followers to your new account. well, i did that, but it didn't give me any advice on how to do it. how do i transfer all of my music onto my account that's disconnected from facebook?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can help you out. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
