how do i unblock someone

I accidentally blocked someone a while ago and I would like to unblock them, but the unblocking process seems to be very confusing

Hi there @gydeonthepigeon,

You can unblock them by heading to their profile and tapping the three dots > Unblock. In case you're unable to open their profile, they most likely have blocked you back.

I blocked someone on spotify and they did not block me but I cannot view their profile. How do I unblock them?

for me it doesn’t show up as a profile it just says can’t find profile for the blocked person.

Please take a look at @Yordan's reply 🙂
In case you're unable to open you friend's profile, they have most likely blocked you back.
You could let them know what has happened and they could try unblocking you first (although I'm not 100% certain this would work either, it's a worth a shot).

A few weeks ago I blocked someone on Spotify, and now when I want to unblock them, they don't appear in the blocked list. They have completely disappeared from the app for me, yet they also don't appear as a blocked account. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone be blocked and NOT show up in the list?
