how do you actually communicate with spotify?

how do you actually communicate with spotify?

bit irritating, signed up a few months ago for premium - then all of a sudden i'm told my my pre-paid premium expires this week and do i want to subscribe, yes i do! press the button, nothing happens except i get annoyed! do they want my xxxxxxxx business, if they do they are not going about it very well! 

 

how do i renew my xxxxxxx subscription???? i've pressed the subscribe button several times and nothing happens, bit annoying to say the least! 

 

how do you contact these people??
