how to unlink from facebook

how do i unlink from facebook,intructions say to go to edit then prefrences but i dont see this menu in my account,can anybody help me

I also want to know how to Unlink my Facebook account from Spotify so i can make a whole new Spotify account using my Facebook again because as it stands my playlists are all out of sync between devices and there doesn't seem to be much of a way to fix anything besides making a new account...
