huge charge

I sow this comercial that says  pay just 0,99 € for your suscription plan an earn 2 free months. I take it because is a great deal. And when i paid. it cost me 9,90 € . that's insain. If you told me to pay 0,99 € you cant charge me 9,90 €.

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, and why you were charged more then you were told.
