i can't cancel my monthly payments

I have forgotten my password and the email I used to sign up with for spotify so I cannot even use the forgotten password feature. I had signed up for the 30 day premium trial, but before I could cancel the trial (before I would be charged monthly), I forgot everything. This now means I am being charged £9.99 monthly. I am loosing money from my account and I cannot cancel the account because I have forgotten EVERYTHING!! I am with Barclay's and have a debit card. I don't get any receipt from spotify in my emails.

Anybody know anything I can do? Has this ever happened to anyone? If I cancel my debit card will my account close and stop the payments?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details so that they can track them to your account and cancel your subscription for you. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
