so i have had spotify for a long time now but it hassent bin much of an issue till now i did contach support about this(live support) but they didnt know what was wrong and just left the chat so i have for around 5 months not bin abel to play around 20-40% of my playlift + i cant add any song to it now and that is really making me mad i hate this so much that is why i am asking for help

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your playlists!

In order for me to help you better could you let me know if you get any error message/code when you try to add the music to your playlist? Also, have you tried to reinstall Spotify (if you use an app)? Does this happen on a different device?

Lastly, can you give me your device, operating system & app version.

I recommend you to reinstall the app.

You can pay for the Premium because it usually goes better
