It sounds like you might still be logged into the website hence why its asking for your password to make a change. Try:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.

Thanks but I am loged in on my I Pad and phone and lap top but not my tv. I just want to log in on my tv but it says my passwords are incoirrect. If I reset i'll have to redo all of them

Make sure that you are logged out of Spotify first. Then, go to  https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/. Hope this helped!!
