i want a refund

I tried to apply for Student Premium and i didnt qualify, yet i was still charged the $4.99. I want to be refunded.

If your account still shows as Free on the Subscription page, you can check the status of the $4.99 payment on your bank statement.

If it appears as pending/pre-auth/processing, this might explain things: http://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/pending-charges/.
