j'ai recu un mail m'indiquant qu'il y avait un probleme de reglement pour mon abonnement premium.
j'ai contacté ma banque et il n'y a aucun souci de leur coté (ils n'ont pas recu de demande de debit de spotify).
aujourd'hui je recois un 2e mail indiquant que mon abonnement n'a pas pu etre renouvelé...
j'ai essayé de me réabonner en remettant les informations de ma carte bancaire mais il y a un message d'erreur "echec du paiement", or ma carte bleue fonctionne tout a fait normalement.
Que faire?

j'ai le même problème également et aucune des actions conseillées (mail) par le support ne fonctionne.
