impossible to log in

I can't log in. My account is connected to my Facebook already but the button 'sign in with facebook' keeps giving an error, while I'm sure about the email and password. 

I have to log in because I have to change my credit card information, I got a new one and I don't want my Spotify to get blocked or end up with huge fees.

are you trying to login from the browser where you're already logged on Facebook?
