ip address and country

hey my work includes alot of travel im confused by this ip address and country deal. 

im from australia if i manage to get an aussie ip address and pay with my aussie visa card for the premium package once i have signed up can i then move  freely  between countries and ip addresses without having troubles with my account. 

also  another quick question can US account users transfer playlists to Australian users.

Yes, if you can subscribe to premium and continue to pay for your subscription with your australian payment method then you can use your account anywhere in the world without restriction. 

Also, it is possible to share playlists with any other Spotify user, its just a matter of tracking down their account/profile and inboxing the playlist to them! 😉
