is not letting me reset my password

Hi there I don't know exactly what happen but my spotity account was acting weird; for example if I wanted to play a song it will played something random instead. Long story shortbi logged out of my account but when I tried to log back in. I realised that I didn't remember my password! Anyways I click in the little link for "forgotten password" but the ling that it send me to my email is always expired. I need help cause I want to listen to my music 😞 please help me :).

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

If the link is expired immediatly when you get the mail, I think the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can check what's going wrong.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
