it does not work!

it does not work!

After downloading the premium version, I cannot listen to any track! if I click on a track it immediately goes to the next one and so on!!!

I am pissed off and I want to cancel immediately but I cannot find how in the web!... anyone can let me know how to do it? this is really **bleep**!

Hi,

what does your account status say on https://www.spotify.com/us/account/subscription/ ?

 

If it says Premium, then I would suggest to log out and back in or even re-install the application.

If not, you need to contact spotify.

done! does not work either! I cancelled! too many hassles! I want a real "help desk"! I pay for a service not for chitchats!

Then you have to use a form:

But still I would like to know what staus your account had on the statuspage...
