libspotify request

I requested a developer key on this site https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/libspotify/application-keys/ only now after a week I still don't have a response.

Does anyone have an idea what to do?

I'm trying to play music on my Raspberry Pi 3 with OSMC but can't get it to work.
