log in problem from app

I can log in from the website but not from the app or Facebook. It says user name or password is incorrect. When I try and reset the password through the application nothing happens ?

Hey @shaunhonan1

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
