trying to log into my daughters account on her new phone.  we use her facebook and it says no account under that email. we try to create an account and it says "email already taken"

 

frustrated

Hey Stevek07!

 

Could you check if you are on the correct Facebook account on the device?

 

If you've signed up with Facebook and you close or deactivate that Facebook account, you won't be able to log in to Spotify.

 

If you are positive you are using the correct Facebook account on the device, you can try sending a reset password email to see if the account is registered with Spotify.

thanks .. tried both.. can't send email. it tells me i have to change facebook password.  which I've also done.  still nothing.
