logging in

So I signed up for a new spotify account with a temporary email address to take advantage of the 30 day free trial. I did this on android but I don't know the username or email I used and when the 30 day trial is over, it will charge my card. I tried looking for usernames using the cache method for android but I don't know if it's inside the files in the screenshot below. If it is, I can't read the file formats by my Windows computer or android device. I don't want to pay for spotify premium on an account that I can't even access. Should i call up my bank and ask for them to stop spotify from charging my card? What do I do?
